This application allows you to view the names and certain details of Emergency Officials,
Public Officials, and Excavators as defined by the American Petroleum Institute (API),
and who have been identified as stakeholders pursuant to RP 1162, as incorporated by reference
in the relevant Federal Regulations. The information must be used by the recipient with the
understanding that the data was developed and collected on behalf of our clients, solely
for the purpose of facilitating their compliance with RP 1162, and for no other purpose.
By using this site, you are making the certification that you will use any information
contained on or derived from this site only for its intended purpose, and that you will not
(A) Use any list of names or addresses contained in or derived from the records or information
for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any property or service to any person listed
or to any person who resides at any address listed;
or
(B) sell, give or otherwise make available to any person any list of names or addresses contained
in or derived from the records or information for the purpose of allowing that person to sell or
offer for sale any property or service to any person listed or to any person who resides at any
address listed. Paradigm and its affiliated companies assume no liability whatsoever associated
with the use or misuse of such data, and disclaims any representation or warranty regarding the
completeness or accuracy of the data.

strictly for pipeline damage prevention and emergency response purposes. To that end, information
provided by you may be used to help coordinate pipeline emergency response plans. It may also be

whom, in turn, sell the information provided.
